Welcome to iCarryUP Routing System
The default path is Quick: three steps — deliveries, drivers, run. Results appear on the map. Expert stays available to edit routes, export, and generate driver maps.
Step 1 · Deliveries
Load deliveries the way you prefer. You have four options:
Drag or click the "File" tile (Excel/CSV). The system detects columns and, if needed, opens column mapping.
Snap or upload a photo or PDF: recognition extracts deliveries and opens a review table before import — check tracking and time windows.
Add one delivery at a time with address and details, ideal for fixes or just a few points.
Got a single file with deliveries + drivers? Load it together: the system automatically splits the two groups.
Step 2 · Drivers
Unlocks once you have at least one delivery. Add drivers from a file or manually.
Drag or click the "File" tile. You can also download a ready-to-use Excel template.
Enter start location, parcel capacity, shift hours, and maximum kilometres.
If a delivery exceeds a limit, the system tries another driver; if that fails, it marks it as unplanned.
Step 3 · Run & Results
Deliveries and drivers summary, choose balancing, then start optimization.
Three options: Number of deliveries (fair load per driver), Time (similar shift duration), Distance (even mileage).
After balancing, start the calculation: the system builds routes respecting capacity, shift, and max km.
One click starts the calculation: you see progress, then results on the map.
Routes appear color-coded per driver; the results bar shows distance, time, and stats. From here you can open the driver link or map.
After optimization the system checks shift, maximum distance, and parcel capacity. Balance options (deliveries, time, km) do not override these hard limits.
If a stop cannot fit any route, a panel shows the reason and the "Go to drivers" button, plus suggestions (add driver, extend shift, increase km).
You're ready!
From the map and results panel you can share routes with drivers. If deliveries remain unassigned, use "Go to drivers" to add capacity, extend the shift, or increase km.
Edit — in Expert you can tweak routes and deliveries, export CSV, and generate HTML maps for drivers.
New optimization — return to Quick and start again from deliveries and drivers.
